People from all walks of life bid Mandela farewelll at lie-in-state

 

Thousands of people, will today pay their respects to Nelson Mandela, whose body will lie in state in Pretoria, South Africa for three days.

President Obama eulogized as "the last great liberator of the 20th century."

His funeral will take place on Sunday, December 16, 2013 in his home village of Qunu in the Eastern Cape. He died at the age of 95 on Thursday night, December 5, 2013, after suffering from a lung infection.
