It
was a gathering of some of Nigerian’s biggest names in the music and
entertainment industry as weekly showbiz networking event - Industry
Nite hosted music superstar, Timaya.
Held on Wednesday, November 12,2014
at the Spice Route, Victoria Island witnessed a large turnout of
celebrities, artists, business executives, top media personalities and
fans alike who came out in their numbers to party with the star.
Timaya who was performing for the first time on the Industry Nite platform, gave a pulsating performance of some of his hit songs. To the appeal of guests present, he performed tracks such as "Dem Mama", "All the Way", and his track of the moment "Sanko".
The
night took a turn for the better when Timaya was joined on stage by
some of the biggest names in the music industry, who came out to party
with the Egberi papa 1 of Bayelsa.
Some
of the artistes who joined him on stage included his one time protégé
"Parotranking" with the duo later going on to perform his break through
single "Alubarika".
Also joining him on stage to thrill the crowd were Olamide, Phyno,Runtown and the Africa's music legend, 2Face Idibia.
Celebrities
spotted on the night included; Tiwa Savage and hubby Tee-Billz, Sound
Sultan, Naeto C and wife Nicole Chikwe, Frank Papas, International Dj
Tim Westwood to mention a few.
The event was put together by El Carnaval, YSG Hubs, and Smirnoff.
And hosted by Jimmie and music by Dj Spinall.
