Their grouse amongst others include-
1. INEC cannot approbate and reprobate at the same time, therefore the cancelled purportedly held elections in Obingwa, Osisioma and Isialangwa North which was cancelled by Prof. Ozumba stands cancelled
2. INEC staff involved in the plot to rob Abians of their mandate must be prosecuted and brought to book
3. Areas where elections held without the use of card readers must be cancelled as stipulated in INEC circular
4. INEC must be seen as being above board and an unbiased umpire and disinterested party in the forth coming rerun
5. INEC should as a matter of urgency, issue a press release specifying LGA's, Wards, PBU's for the rerun as well as date for the rerun.
